Role Description

The Trainee Supervisor – Front Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Diu. The primary responsibilities include managing daily front office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves supervising front office staff, addressing guest queries and complaints promptly, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Additional tasks include handling bookings, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to address guest needs and resolve concerns effectively
• Proficiency in front office operations, including reservation systems, check-in/check-out processes, and administrative tasks
• Team management and leadership skills to supervise and motivate front office staff
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in hotel front office roles is an advantage, but fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
