Key Responsibilities:

1. Check status of material readiness and report to Reporting Manager.

2. 100% material inspection at packing stage and tagging as per the customer requirement.

3. If any non-conformity occur in the material, hold or reject the material and informed to reporting manager.

4. Inform the non-conformity to the respective department by mail or WhatsApp and take further action for resolution.

5. Material movement in the SAP system to the further dispatch process.

6. Empty container inspection and give approval for loading.

7. Carryout Pre-Dispatch Inspection one day prior to shipment.

8. Inspection of material during loading.

9. Daily status FGS date vs Actual material received.

10. SAP working.

11. ⁠Knowledge of 7 Quality Tools.

12. Knowledge of ISO systems related to QA.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ambernath, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
