Position Summary

Alphanext is hiring a Trainee Programmer with a strong interest and foundational experience in Generative AI and prompt engineering. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or students who have completed academic projects or internships related to AI-generated content. The candidate will support the team in prompt experimentation, AI-driven visual generation, and basic model usage using tools like Stable Diffusion and Hugging Face.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and refining prompts for generating content using tools like Stable Diffusion.

• Conduct structured experiments to explore prompt variations and output quality.

• Document prompt engineering patterns, learnings, and results for internal knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with team members to support creative design use cases through AI-driven content.

• Use platforms like Google Colab or Jupyter Notebooks for testing and showcasing results.

Required Skills

• Completion of an AI-based project or internship involving prompt engineering or generative models.

• Basic knowledge of using Stable Diffusion via DreamStudio, Hugging Face, or open-source tools.

• Understanding of how prompt inputs affect model outputs in generative systems.

• Programming familiarity in Python.

• Hands-on experience with Google Colab or similar environments.

Nice to Have / Preferred Skills

• Awareness of diffusion models or transformer-based architectures.

• Interest or exposure to creative applications of AI (e.g., in art, design, or fashion).

• Portfolio or GitHub with sample AI experiments or creative output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor//'s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

• 0–6 months of practical experience through academic work, internships, or self-driven projects.
