Job Description:
We are looking for Trainee – Microbiology candidates (both freshers and experienced) to join our quality team. The role involves performing microbiological analysis, maintaining aseptic conditions, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, water samples, and environmental samples.
• Perform sterility testing, microbial limit tests, and endotoxin testing as per SOPs.
• Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records in compliance with GMP.
• Operate and maintain microbiology laboratory equipment like autoclave, laminar airflow, incubators, etc.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, contamination-free lab environment.
• Assist in preparing reports and communicating results to the Quality Assurance team.
• Support routine audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Freshers with strong academic knowledge are welcome.
• Experienced candidates should have prior exposure to microbiological testing in the pharmaceutical industry.

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of microbiology concepts and techniques.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in testing.
• Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
