Trainee- Marketing

As a Trainee- Marketing at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to various aspects of real estate marketing. You will be involved in digital campaigns, on-ground promotions, customer engagement, and market research to support the marketing team in achieving lead generation, brand visibility, and successful promotion of our real estate projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns for real estate projects. - Support in creating marketing materials like brochures, flyers, presentations, and email campaigns. - Manage and update social media platforms with engaging content, as well as monitor performance. - Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences. - Coordinate marketing events, site visits, exhibitions, and property fairs. - Assist the sales team in lead generation activities and follow-ups. - Collect and analyze customer inquiries and feedback to enhance marketing effectiveness. - Maintain and update marketing databases, reports, and dashboards. - Coordinate with external vendors, advertising agencies, and design teams for promotional activities. **Supporting Responsibilities with sales team:** - Aid in sales coordination by assisting the team with lead management, inquiry handling, and follow-ups. - Assist in customer coordination for site visits, documentation, and timely updates. **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Creativity and willingness to learn marketing strategies. - Good analytical and research skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field (pursuing or completed). - Freshers or candidates with internship experience in marketing/digital marketing are welcome.
