The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. As a Trainee Graphic Designer, you will assist our team in creating visually appealing designs across various mediums, including digital and print. Responsibilities: Design Assistance: Support in creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and product packaging. Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to assist in conceptualizing and developing design concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Brand Consistency: Help maintain consistency in design across all brand touchpoints and materials, following brand guidelines and standards. Learning and Research: Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software, and continually improve your skills to stay relevant in the industry. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or in progress). · A portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity, even if it includes personal projects or coursework. · Basic proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus. · Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles is beneficial. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. · Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
