Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Trainee to support our Finance Department in daily accounting and compliance functions. The role offers hands-on exposure to financial operations, reporting, and statutory compliance within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Record and post accounting entries based on invoices and financial transactions.
Manage and organize invoice and voucher documentation for audit and record-keeping
purposes.
Assist in the preparation and verification of ESI and EPF returns.
Support GST return filing processes, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Assist in TDS computation, filing, and related documentation.
Coordinate with the finance team on reconciliations and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

0–1 years of experience (freshers can apply).
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (or pursuing).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and eagerness to learn.
