Key Responsibilities: - Prepare comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for clients and internal stakeholders. - Develop detailed budgets for various clients and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Create tailored business plans to meet client needs. - Analyze client and organizational performance, identify deviations from budgets, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. - Generate CMA data forms and project reports for project financing and working capital financing. - Support various finance-related activities to enhance organizational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA in Finance or a related field. - Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1-3 years of experience in MIS, budgeting, or financial performance analysis are preferred. - Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and planning, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and relevant software, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
