Role Overview

We are looking for a Trainee- Social Media to support our team with daily content creation and social media management. This role offers hands-on learning in designing posts, writing captions, following trends, and helping build the company’s online presence in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms.
• Create engaging visual and video content to support brand communication.
• Write impactful captions, blogs, and marketing copy for campaigns.
• Promote company culture, events, and product or service stories through social media.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement social media strategies.
• Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for campaign execution.
• Stay updated on the latest social media and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or pursuing).
• 0–1 years of experience (freshers can apply).
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
