Job Description

Summary -

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fresher - Client Onboarding & MIS to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to gain hands on experience in client relationship management, onboarding processes, and management information systems (MIS) reporting. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth client onboarding while supporting data reporting and analysis for business decisions.

Client Onboarding

Assist in the end to end onboarding process for new System Participants. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met. Provide initial support and guidance to clients during onboarding. Maintain accurate records of client onboarding activities.

MIS & Reporting

Collect, validate, and maintain data related to client onboarding and operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Support in creating dashboards and performance trackers. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Cross Functional Support

Collaborate with Growth, Operations, and Finance teams to streamline onboarding and reporting. Ensure timely communication and resolution of client queries.
