Role Description

The Trainee Engineer - Projects will assist in the design, planning, and execution of utility engineering projects. Responsibilities include supporting detailed project design, managing timelines, coordinating with team members, conducting audits, and ensuring the delivery of quality solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune, offering hands-on experience in the engineering domain while working closely with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of utility engineering concepts, mechanical systems, and project management
• Aware about design software, such as AutoCAD and other engineering tools
• Problem-solving skills, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work on-site PAN INDIA and adapt to dynamic project environments
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Prior internship or project experience in engineering or manufacturing (preferred)
