Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Engineer located in Mysore. The Trainee Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of educational programs, working closely with senior educators, and facilitating activity-based learning sessions. The role involves conducting research, supporting curriculum design, collecting data for program evaluation, and providing technical support in educational technology.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mathematics and engineering principles
• Ability to conduct research and assist in curriculum development
• Experience in facilitating educational programs and activity-based learning
• Proficiency in using educational technology and providing technical support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with educators
• Prior experience in educational consulting or STEAM-based training is a plus
