Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Engineer located in Mysore. The Trainee Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of educational programs, working closely with senior educators, and facilitating activity-based learning sessions. The role involves conducting research, supporting curriculum design, collecting data for program evaluation, and providing technical support in educational technology. Qualifications Strong understanding of mathematics and engineering principles Ability to conduct research and assist in curriculum development Experience in facilitating educational programs and activity-based learning Proficiency in using educational technology and providing technical support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or related field Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with educators Prior experience in educational consulting or STEAM-based training is a plus
