Trainee Engineer - Civil

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project resources, ensuring that costs remain within the budget, and conducting feasibility studies such as site investigations and technical feasibility. Your role involves ensuring that project work progresses smoothly according to the schedule and obtaining accurate information about the needs and requirements of clients. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluating the environmental impact of the project and identifying associated risks - Preparing bids for tenders and assisting in designing project specifications - Conducting routine site inspections to detect potential issues and coordinating repair work and renovations - Allocating tasks to on-site staff and ensuring compliance with legal, health, and safety guidelines - Monitoring site progress, preparing status reports, and reporting to planning bodies and public agencies - Coordinating with professionals like architects, surveyors, contractors, and preparing quotations for labor and materials - Educating on-site staff on safety precautions Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in project management or a related field - Strong organizational and communication skills - Knowledge of legal and safety regulations in construction projects - Ability to work effectively with a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously The company offers Provident Fund benefits and expects you to work full-time in person at the Hyderabad, Telangana location.
