Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Trainee Developers to join our backend (Ruby on Rails) team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their career in web development and want to work on scalable and modern web applications.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.) Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Learn and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Key Skills Good grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java (Core), Mysql (basic level). Understanding of version control systems, especially Git. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks. Basic knowledge of Ruby on Rails Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Location Type: In-person Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
