We're looking for a passionate Machine Learning cum AI Developer to join our innovation-driven team. Job Summary: As a Machine Learning cum AI Developer at EnquiryGate.com you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that solve real-world problems. You will collaborate with data scientists, backend developers, and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, train, test, and deploy ML/AI models for various use cases. Work with structured and unstructured data to build predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions. Implement and optimize algorithms for image recognition, NLP, recommendation systems, etc. Integrate AI/ML models into production-ready APIs or applications. Collaborate with data engineers to prepare clean and usable datasets. Use libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and OpenCV. Conduct research on the latest AI trends and apply them to EnquiryGate.com products. Improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and ensure scalability. Monitor deployed models and retrain when needed. Document processes, models, and performance metrics. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields. Solid understanding of ML algorithms, data preprocessing, and evaluation techniques. Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn). Experience with AI fields like Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning. Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google AI, or Azure ML). Experience with version control tools (Git) and collaborative workflows. Knowledge of API integration, Flask/Django for model deployment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Exposure to Reinforcement Learning, Generative AI (LLMs), or Chatbot development. Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or Plotly). Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products and services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with superior people skills and the ability to handle rejection with resilience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product line and services. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
