Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Trainee Developer, you will gain hands-on experience working on real-time projects involving popular technologies such as WordPress, Laravel, PHP, Joomla, and Drupal. This is an excellent opportunity to build your technical foundation and grow your career in web development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications using PHP-based technologies.
• Work on CMS platforms including WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
• Collaborate with team members to implement project requirements and meet deadlines.
• Write clean, well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Required Qualifications:

B.Sc. (IT), MCA, B.Tech/B.E. – Computers or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of PHP and web technologies.
• Familiarity with any of the mentioned frameworks or CMS platforms is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (First 3 months)
• Post-Training Stipend: ₹15,000 per month (Following 6 months)
