Experience Required:

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities:

Assist in
salary data collection
and updating employee records
Support
monthly payroll processing
by ensuring accurate inputs
Track and maintain
employee attendance and leave
data.
Maintain updated documentation of
employee benefits
(insurance, allowances, etc.).
Assist in
compensation reports and MIS
preparation.
Maintain
compliance checklists
and ensure audit readiness.
Address basic
employee queries
related to compensation and benefits.
Support in
policy documentation
and updates for C&B.
Assist in
Full & Final settlements
processing for exited employees.

Computer / System Skills Required:

MS Excel (Intermediate Level)

VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
IF Formulas
Conditional Formatting
Data Cleaning & Basic Analysis

MS Word & PowerPoint

Drafting official documents and letter
Preparing reports and presentations

HRMS / HRIS Software

Experience with platforms like
SAP SuccessFactors
is an advantage
