Trainee: Client Support

Duration: 6 Months

Work Location: KINFRA Hi- Tech Park, Kalamassery

We are looking for:

· Fresh graduates – BBA/Marketing/Economics/MBA stream who wants to kickstart their career in business development.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Ability to work with Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot basics)

· Ability to support pre-sales and post-sales activities

· Basic Research & Analytical Abilities with an eye for detail.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What you will be doing?

• Conduct market research to identify potential industries, companies, and decision makers for targeted outreach.
• Assist in building and maintaining accurate prospect databases.
• Participate in extensive training sessions on our products/services, sales methodologies, and CRM tools.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, data entry, and report generation.
• Help prepare basic sales materials and presentations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
