Role Overview: Red Stub Club (RSC) is an exclusive, invite-only membership by BookMyShow, offering extraordinary experiences in live entertainment, fine dining, sports, and cinema globally. As a member of the RSC team, you will assist in curating bespoke moments for VIP clients, ensuring every occasion becomes an elevated experience. Key Responsibilities: - Member Engagement: Host and interact with RSC members, anticipating and meeting their needs. - Experience Delivery: Provide on-site support at events for smooth, personalized client experiences. - Relationship Building: Capture client preferences and feedback to personalize future interactions. - CX Support: Handle queries, resolve minor issues, and maintain RSC's exclusivity in client touchpoints. - Coordination & Reporting: Assist in logistics, vendor coordination, and documentation. Create presentations or reports using Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel. Qualifications Required: - A go-getter attitude with strong networking and information-seeking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing high-profile member interactions. - Good organizational abilities with attention to detail. - Basic proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Marketing, Event/Luxury Management, or related fields. - Prior exposure to client-facing or hospitality roles is a plus.,
