Trainee - Client Experience

Role Overview: At Red Stub Club, an exclusive membership by BookMyShow, you will be responsible for curating extraordinary experiences across live entertainment, fine dining, sports, and cinema for a select group of VIP members. Your role will involve ensuring that every interaction with RSC members is personalized, smooth, and reflective of the exclusivity that RSC stands for. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in hosting and interacting with RSC members to anticipate and meet their needs effectively. - Support the team on-site at events to deliver premium client experiences. - Capture client preferences and feedback to tailor future interactions. - Handle queries, resolve minor issues, and maintain the exclusivity of every client touchpoint. - Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, and documentation, including creating presentations or reports using Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel. Qualifications Required: - A go-getter attitude with strong networking and information-seeking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing high-profile member interactions. - Good organizational abilities with attention to detail. - Basic proficiency in Canva and/or PowerPoint, and Excel. - Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Marketing, Event/Luxury Management, or related fields. - Prior exposure to client-facing or hospitality roles is a plus.,
