Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to assist in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience looking to gain hands-on industry exposure under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing engineering drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD or similar tools
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and safety standards
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to coordinate project requirements
• Support the team in solving on-site technical issues as they arise

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects will be considered)
• Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Staad Pro, and basic design software
• Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to government regulations, IS codes, or local building codes
• Internship or fieldwork experience in real-world projects
