Job Description

Role Overview: As a Call Center Representative at Digital Risks, your primary responsibility will be to assist applicants with various stages of the loan application process, particularly focusing on customer changes in circumstances such as rate or product changes. You will play a crucial role in delivering top-quality customer experiences and engaging with Home Equity customers in a positive manner. It is essential for you to become licensed as a mortgage loan originator, maintain the license annually, and update licensing information with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry in compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound and inbound mortgage customer service calls from a call center environment. - Process residential loan applications accurately and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. - Review application and disclosure packages from borrowers, register high-quality loans using designated systems, and collaborate with operations teams for seamless transfers. Qualifications Required: - Self-motivated individual with high energy and a positive attitude. - Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in the English language; bilingual or multi-lingual skills are a plus. - Detail-oriented, results-driven, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. - Effective written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in various computer software programs related to loan origination and customer relationship management.
