Position: TRAINEE Associate _ US Payroll (Internship for 90 days) Duration : 90 Days ( 23rd June 2025- 22nd September 2025 ) Reporting Relationship: Reports to Assistant Accounting Manager Responsibilities Should have knowledge on employee w4 in payroll systems; process all paper W2 & paystubs requests. Knowledge on pre-payroll reports and audit time block reports. Knowledge on pay check & benefits, garnishments. Should have Knowledge on US payroll knowledge on Bookkeeping Knowledge on period/month end close process for multiple clients. Knowledge on Journal entries Knowledge on Reconcile balance sheet accounts. Knowledge on Reconcile bank accounts. Knowledge on Create and post period end journal entries. Skill Requirements Strong accounting skills and understanding of the accounting process Ability to work in a multi-client environment. Microsoft office skills Strong English both verbal and written. Time management Effective use of technology Qualifications Graduate in bachelors of Commerce of 2023 / 2024 / 2025 passed out Batch with 70% Marks Intermediate with min 70% Marks SSC with min 70% Marks FMS Solutions India Private Limited.
