Position Overview
We are inviting fresh Mechanical & Electrical engineering graduates,to join us as Apprentices under our structured 1-year On-the-Job Training Program. This is a golden opportunity to work with industry experts, gain hands-on experience, and kick-start your professional journey.
What You’ll Do
· Assist in daily maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of machines/equipment.
· Support production and quality teams in process improvement and technical problem-solving.
· Learn and apply industry-standard safety and operational procedures.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand real-time engineering challenges.
· Work on live projects to enhance technical and analytical skills.
Who Can Apply
· Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Fresher’s or 6 months)
· Eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about building a career in engineering.
· Strong fundamentals in core subjects.
