Job Description: Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) Location : St. Xavier's High School at KTPS, Koderma, & Deoghar, Jharkhand St. Xavier's High School is seeking passionate and experienced Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidates will be dedicated educators committed to fostering academic excellence and holistic development among students. Subjects Offered We are hiring for the following subjects: Mathematics Science Social Studies English Hindi Sanskrit Sports (Physical Education) Preference will be given to female candidates for teaching up to Class VIII . Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the assigned subject area. Facilitate learning through innovative teaching methods that promote critical thinking and conceptual understanding. Monitor and assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback. Maintain records, including attendance, grades, and progress reports, ensuring transparency. Create a supportive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning. Participate in and contribute to extracurricular activities, clubs, and co-curricular programs to foster holistic student development. Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching strategies with school goals and curriculum standards. Attend faculty meetings, training programs, and workshops to enhance teaching effectiveness. Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth. Qualifications Graduate degree in the relevant subject is mandatory. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution. Proficiency in English communication (spoken and written). Strong classroom management skills and ability to connect with students effectively. Additional skills in extracurricular activities, clubs, or co-curricular programs are an advantage. Eligibility Age Limit : Candidates under 40 years preferred. Preference : Female candidates will be given preference for teaching classes up to VIII.
