Trading, Compliance & Institutional Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the entire stock broking vertical, including trading operations, compliance, regulatory interactions, and business growth. Your role will involve supervising retail and institutional broking operations, maintaining relationships with HNIs, FIIs, and institutional clients, and enhancing cross-selling of investment products. Additionally, you will lead and train a high-performance team across sales, trading, and compliance verticals. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise retail and institutional broking operations - Handle a range of products such as Equities, Options, Fixed Income, DVP/RVP, Prime Brokerage, and Mutual Funds - Maintain relationships with HNIs, FIIs, and institutional clients - Implement surveillance systems and conduct risk assessments - Ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, NSE, BSE, NCDEX, NSDL, and CDSL - Lead and train a high-performance team across sales, trading, and compliance verticals Qualification Required: - Over 15 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services - Strong knowledge of securities markets and compliance frameworks - Experience in managing broking/trading operations within banking or financial institutions - Regulatory knowledge and liaison experience with SEBI, NSE, BSE, CDSL - Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in handling institutional and retail trading models Additional Details: Omit this section as no additional details of the company are provided in the job description.,
