Key Responsibilities: - Utilize debt recovery and negotiation skills to effectively manage outstanding accounts - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations - Provide exceptional customer service through clear and concise communication - Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues - Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals - Utilize proficiency in MS Office applications to streamline financial processes - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives - Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines - Update and maintain financial records using Tally software Qualifications: - Possess strong debt recovery and negotiation skills - Demonstrate proficiency in record-keeping and compliance procedures - Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills - Showcase problem-solving abilities and coordination skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively - Proficient in MS Office applications - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in the financial or banking industry is a plus - Proficiency in Tally software is preferred,
