Job Summary

As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within Alternatives Operations, you ensure timely and accurate capture of all transactions in risk management systems. You support investor and fund transactions, oversee reconciliation processes, and maintain a strong control environment & Your role involves collaborating with global teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with firm-wide policies

Job Responsibilities

  • Capture all transactions accurately in risk management systems
  • Perform trade support for investor and fund transactions
  • Complete intraday and end-of-day reconciliation checks
  • Escalate urgent matters to senior management promptly
  • Participate in audits and regulatory examinations
  • Communicate clearly with support teams to resolve queries
  • Oversee and govern multiple vendors and service providers
  • Build in-depth understanding of trading structures
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for products and processes
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance
  • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold a Bachelor s degree from an accredited business institution
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant ficial services experience
  • Apply knowledge of front-to-back operations processes
  • Communicate effectively and lead collaborative discussions
  • Analyze and solve problems with a strong control mindset
  • Manage concurrent assignments and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
  • Display attention to detail, self-motivation, and ownership in a fast-paced setting
