TQM- Senior Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TQM Manager located in Jamshedpur. The TQM Manager will oversee and ensure the quality management system's effectiveness, develop and maintain quality assurance standards, conduct quality audits, and implement continuous improvement methodologies. The role also involves leading a team of quality professionals, collaborating with other departments to resolve quality issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Quality Assurance Standards, and Continuous Improvement Methodologies
• Experience in conducting Quality Audits and implementing corrective actions
• Team leadership and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work onsite in Jamshedpur
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
