Role Overview: As the TPM External Engagement Manager at Deutsche Bank, you will play a crucial role in managing risks related to the engagement of third party vendors and outsourcing. You will be part of the Global Procurement function and work towards enhancing the vendor risk management processes in alignment with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will involve regulatory analysis, operational management, and content production to ensure compliance with third party regulations and effective management of external engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regulatory analysis by creating and maintaining an analysis of the bank's compliance against third party regulations - Lead the Regulatory Governance Forum to track progress, escalate risks, and create internal papers on new regulations - Act as the primary contact for TPM issues in the Asia Pacific region, relay feedback to global forums, and manage communication plans - Develop and manage a reporting framework for regulatory engagement and maintain a repository of external communication activities - Respond to business and regulatory requests with high-quality content to support TPM processes and enhance the bank's reputation - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regular management information supports the TPM story to regulators Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of key global third party regulations such as MaRisk, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, and PRA SS1/21 - Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making - Strong project management skills and organizational capabilities - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and challenge the status quo - Innovative mindset to identify value-added solutions and drive engagement Note: No additional details of the company were present in the job description.,
