TPM - Data Science

Project Management : Lead complex, cross-functional AI/ML projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and dependencies, working with teams to mitigate roadblocks. Ensure that AI/ML projects meet timelines, quality standards, and business objectives. Stakeholder Management : Work with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and managers to gather requirements and define project scope. Regularly communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders at all levels, including executives. Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Promote best practices in AI/ML project management and agile methodologies. Encourage innovation, and facilitate the development of new AI products and features. Process Improvement : Continuously assess and refine AI project management processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability. Implement Agile or other relevant methodologies tailored to AI/ML teams and projects. Work with engineering leadership to optimize workflows and improve delivery velocity. Risk & Issue Management : Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and roadblocks, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans. Monitor and report on project health and progress, adjusting plans as needed to address changes in scope or timeline. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
