Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a TPA Manager. The TPA Manager will be responsible for overseeing third-party administration operations, managing relationships with insurance companies, handling claims processing, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with various departments. The TPA Manager will also be involved in developing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the TPA processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing relationships with insurance companies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
