Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TPA (Third Party Administrator) Coordinator located in Ranchi. The TPA Coordinator will manage insurance claim processes, liaise with patients and insurance companies, and ensure proper documentation and timely submission of claims. Additionally, the role involves verifying insurance policies, maintaining records, addressing queries, and providing support for claim resolution.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of insurance claims processing, policy verification, and TPA coordination
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients and insurance providers
  • Proficiency in maintaining administrative documentation and using relevant software
  • Problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve issues efficiently
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or working with medical claims is advantageous
  • Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any field
