Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TPA (Third Party Administrator) at Prakash Hospital in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The TPA will be responsible for coordinating with insurance companies, processing claims, verifying patient insurance details, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained. Daily tasks include handling patient queries related to insurance, managing records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling insurance claims and coordinating with insurance companies
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage patient queries and provide accurate information
• Proficiency with relevant software and computer systems
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance in the healthcare industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environme
