Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement planning tasks in line with the scope of work and relevant state acts and rules.

  1. Ensure all site work complies with approved development plans.
  2. Coordinate ground survey activities, capturing unauthorized/additional built-up areas, FSI violations, and changes of use.
  3. Ensure accurate geo-tagging and digital capture of survey data, including location coordinates, photographs, and architectural details.
  4. Collaborate with software teams to :
  • Develop mobile apps and dashboards for survey and MIS. o Integrate town planning and property tax data using provided APIs.
  • Supervise the preparation of assessment notices, demand bills, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters Degree in Urban or Regional Planning (M.Planning Urban Planning specialization)
  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture (

    preferred

    )
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, urban development, or town planning assessments • Proficiency in GIS mapping, AutoCAD, and survey validation
  • Strong knowledge of DCR, zoning laws, and development policies
