Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

M/s Swati Industries is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Java (Backend) and React JS (Frontend). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across the entire stack from robust server-side logic to dynamic user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate) and React JS.
• Lead backend integration with frontend technologies using RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Use version control (Git) and participate in Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban).
• Debug and resolve performance or functionality issues across the stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, testers, and project managers.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in full stack development.
• Need to liaison with Municipal authorities to ensure smooth coordination, and promptly share updates with the IT team through detailed Minutes of Meeting, including any required changes arising from municipal interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Backend (Java):

• Strong core Java and J2EE understanding.
• Hands-on experience with JSP, Servlet, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, Java Beans.
• Must have experience working with SQL/relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Familiar with Maven or similar build tools etc.
• Ability to lead small backend teams and provide mentorship.

Frontend (React JS):

• Proficient in JavaScript, React JS, and modern frontend tooling.
• Deep understanding of React Hooks, Redux/Context API, and component lifecycles.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3 skills and frontend debugging.
• Comfortable working with RESTful APIs etc.

General:

• Fluent with English and Marathi Language (preferred)

• Experience with Git or similar version control tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a collaborative, Agile environment.
