Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Java Full Stack Developer proficient in React.js on the frontend and Java/Spring Boot and Kafka on the backend. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills across the stack and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and robust web applications using React.js and Java Spring Boot.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data communication between frontend and backend.
• Develop reusable components and front-end libraries using modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write unit tests and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, Jest, etc.
• Integrate with databases such as MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB. Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments like AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Maintain documentation and participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
  

Required Skills

Frontend:

• Strong experience in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, Redux (or similar state management libraries).
• HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and frontend build pipelines.
• Responsive design experience using frameworks like Bootstrap or TailwindCSS.

Backend:

• Strong programming experience in Java 8+.
• Deep understanding of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Microservices and Kafka.
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.

Database & Storage:

• Hands-on with SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
