Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Review and digitize hand-drawn
and field-generated property layouts.
Interpret structural changes, unauthorized extensions, and non-compliance in built-up areas.
Develop concept designs, working drawings, and architectural plans using AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
Ensure design compliance with NBC, DCR, and environmental/built-environment standards.
Prepare and submit: 1) Building permit documentation 2) Supervision and completion certificates. 3) Sub-division and layout plans
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.
Conduct site visits to verify alignment with approved architectural plans.
Support preparation of BOQs, GFC drawings, and presentation materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA) (preferred)
3–7 years of experience in architectural design and construction documentation
Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Revit), and knowledge of urban regulatory frameworks
Fluency in English & Marathi (preferred)
