About Us
We own a resort in Munnar and are expanding into customized tour packages across Domestic and International packages. We are looking for a reliable and dynamic Executive Assistant who can manage tour packages, guest queries, and day-to-day office tasks while directly supporting the owner.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and email.
Design and manage tour itineraries & packages.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and confirmations.
Coordinate with drivers, guides, activity providers, and hotels.
Maintain daily booking reports, accounts, and payment records.
Assist with resort coordination & promotions when required.
Ensure end-to-end guest satisfaction from inquiry to travel.

Requirements
Graduate in Tourism / Hospitality / Management (preferred, not mandatory).
Prior experience in travel packages / hotel reservations / customer handling is an advantage.
communication skills in English, Malayalam
Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
Must be trustworthy, organized, and consistent.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience).
