Job Description

Cooking Duties: Breakfast : Prepare 1–2 simple breakfast items daily for guests (e.g., dosa, omelette, idli, sandwiches). Lunch : Cook basic lunch mainly for staff ; occasionally for guests. Dinner : Prepare one main item like BBQ rice with grilled meat/veg or similar limited menu. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Manage inventory of basic kitchen supplies and groceries. Resort Supervision Duties: Supervise housekeeping and support staff to maintain overall resort cleanliness and service quality. Ensure guest rooms, common areas, and facilities are well-maintained. Attend to guest needs and feedback promptly. Coordinate small repairs, upkeep, and daily operational issues. Report to resort owner and help manage day-to-day operations smoothly. Requirements: Basic cooking skills in South Indian and/or BBQ dishes. Willingness to manage kitchen as well as oversee resort functioning. Responsible, clean, and guest-friendly behavior. Trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision.
