Job Description

We are seeking a Cook cum Resort Manager who can take full ownership of our resort's daily functioning. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare high-quality meals for guests , while also overseeing the entire resort operations , including supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day management . This is a key role suited for someone responsible, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality and food. Culinary Duties: Prepare and cook Food usually less number of items Plan menus and manage daily meal schedules. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety protocols. Manage food inventory and coordinate supply purchases. Resort Management Duties: Oversee daily operations of the resort when not occupied with kitchen duties. Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs and resolving issues. Supervise housekeeping, service staff, and maintenance (if any). Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities regularly for quality control. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the entire property. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and maintain records (optional depending on resort size). Coordinate with the owner or admin for bookings, payments, and supplies.
