Job Description As a part of the Tours & Travels division at Ed Hoc, you will be responsible for creating memorable travel experiences for our clients. Your role will involve end-to-end travel planning and assisting in the expansion of this new vertical. Key Responsibilities - Utilize your prior experience in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Customer Service to enhance customer satisfaction - Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle client queries - Manage multiple bookings efficiently to ensure smooth travel arrangements - Utilize knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre to streamline booking processes - Showcase your passion for travel by providing exceptional client experiences Qualifications - Prior experience in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Customer Service is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential - Ability to manage multiple bookings and address client queries effectively - Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is considered an advantage - Passion for travel and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences,
