Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour & Tastings Associate located in Nasik. The Tour & Tastings Associate will be responsible for leading tours of the vineyards and winery, conducting tastings, educating visitors about our wines and winemaking process, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will also assist in the retail area, support marketing events, and ensure that visitors have a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
• Customer service and hospitality experience
• Passion for wine and winemaking
• Sales and retail experience
• Organization and multitasking skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Knowledge of wines and previous experience in the wine industry are beneficial
