Role Overview

As a Sales Executive – North East Tour Packages, you’ll be the face of Trip8 for travelers exploring our beautiful region. You’ll handle inquiries, understand customer needs, curate personalized tour packages, and close bookings while ensuring a smooth and delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with leads and travelers interested in North East trips (inbound + outbound).

• Understand customer requirements and design customized itineraries.

• Communicate effectively via calls, WhatsApp, and email to close sales.

• Maintain strong product knowledge of destinations across Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal, Nagaland, Sikkim, and other North East states.

• Coordinate with operations and vendor teams to confirm packages and ensure flawless execution.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year full-time experience in selling North East tour packages.

• Strong knowledge of major destinations, routes, and local attractions in the North East.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English required; Assamese preferred).

• Customer-first attitude and passion for travel.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Web, etc.).
