Customize travel solutions based on client needs and budget. Handle booking procedures, documentation, and post-sale customer support. Maintain customer database and follow up with leads. Coordinate with travel partners, airlines, and vendors. Requirements: Prior experience in travel sales, especially tour packages and air ticketing. Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (both spoken & written). Proficiency in using computers and basic office software (Word, Excel, Email, etc.). Strong customer service and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel if required. Preferred Qualities: Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
