Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Tour Operator. The Tour Operator will manage day-to-day tasks such as coordinating guided tours, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include sales, itinerary planning, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.

Work Location :

Ravipuram , Kochi

Working Days :

Monday to saturday

Wokring hour:

9:30 am - 6:00 pm

Saturday: 9:30 am to 3:00 pm

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours, Travel & Tourism
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge in Reservations and Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
• Familiarity with global travel destinations and cultures
