Tour Operator

As a Tour Operator at Trinity International, you will play a key role in designing, coordinating, and managing travel packages and tours for individuals and groups. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Planning, organizing, and operating domestic and international tour packages. - Designing customized itineraries based on client preferences and budgets. - Liaising with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers to arrange services. - Negotiating rates with vendors to ensure competitive pricing. - Managing group bookings, reservations, and ticketing. - Coordinating logistics including transport, accommodation, and sightseeing activities. - Providing clients with detailed tour information, travel documents, and assistance. - Monitoring ongoing tours, handling unexpected issues, and ensuring smooth travel experiences. - Maintaining strong relationships with travel partners and clients. - Meeting sales and revenue targets by promoting and upselling packages. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). - Prior experience in tour operations, travel consulting, or hospitality. - Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and cultural attractions. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office tools. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
