Role

📍 Location: Chennai OMR Thuraipakkam

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator based in Chennai. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing guided tours, managing travel and tourism activities, delivering excellent customer service, handling reservations, and contributing to sales efforts while ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications:

Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism

Strong Customer Service skills

Proficiency in Reservations and Sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of local and international travel destinations

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
