Job Role:

We are looking for a Tour Operator who can manage, organize, and book tour packages, communicate with clients, and coordinate with travel vendors. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel and strong communication and planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and customize domestic and international tour packages.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with vendors: hotels, transport services, and guides.
• Book hotels, flights, trains, and other travel services.
• Manage customer bookings, queries, and complaints effectively.
• Ensure all travel documents (tickets, itineraries, vouchers) are prepared and delivered.
• Keep records of client preferences and past bookings.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, rules, and destinations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, and booking processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic internet research.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Graduate
• Experience: 3–4 years in a travel agency or tour operator role preferred
